Refund and Returns Policy for BoodleX AI Merchandise

Thank you for shopping with BoodleX AI. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand your rights and options regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges for merchandise products. As we use Printful for our shipping and on-demand product fulfillment, this policy aligns with Printful’s guidelines.
1. Refund Eligibility
We only issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, size, or design.
- Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive due to errors on our part or Printful’s part.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
- Incorrect sizes if the size matches what was ordered (refer to our sizing guide before purchasing).
2. Returns Policy
As all products are made-to-order through Printful, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please contact us.
3. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
If you encounter an issue with your order, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@boodlexai.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item to your email.
- Resolution: Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the resolution. If approved, you will receive a replacement item or refund.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds for non-delivery will be issued after Printful confirms the package was not delivered.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all items are custom-made. If you need a different size, please place a new order and review our sizing guide carefully before checkout.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or changed if they have not yet entered the production stage. Once your order has been processed by Printful, it cannot be canceled. To check your order status, contact us immediately at hello@boodlexai.com.
7. Shipping Issues
- If your item is lost in transit, we will work withor sppliers and shippers to investigate and provide a resolution.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
